Have you ever wondered how some people can just move through life and it always seem they are at peace, they never have bad days, and no negativity or drama can touch them? These kind of people are powerful because these kind of people are unf*ckwithable. These kind of people have mastered their emotions and are fully in charge of the way they feel. They are not living their life at the mercy of the people or things around them. They know that they are enough just the way they are, no tweaks or changes needed. They also do not give away their power to succeed or fail because they only set goals that are fueled by their own performance. An unf*ckwithable person does not rely on the participation of another person to succeed because they know having self-fueled goals puts them in the driver seat of their life. They don’t move through life seeking outward validation.
We tear ourselves apart with the natural craving of acceptance and approval, but if we are able to revamp our thinking and transform ourselves into people who are unf*ckwithable that’s when we are truly able to step boldly into our power.
The person who is truly unf*ckawithable has the confidence to walk in their power and does not rely on a relationship, a job, or the circumstances around them to to determine their happiness.
Here are 4 Exercises for Becoming the Unf*ckwithable Goddess You Are
Tell yourself “ I Love You” - We have no problem with telling the people around us how we feel, so make sure you are not forgetting about the most important person...YOU. Stand in front of a mirror daily and remind yourself how much you love YOU. This repetition of saying these words will remind you of your value, worth, and how much you deserve.
Practice self-gratitude - Start your day off with giving thanks for all the great things in your life. Make a list of all of the best parts of your personality (how passionate you are, how much you care about friends and family) and then spend time with the things you put on your list. What you focus on grows and you want to keep evolving into the highest verison of yourself.
Let It Go - A lot of our internal drama is holding onto things that have already happened. You can waste a lot of time being angry or crying about things in the past, but no amount of time you spend replaying the situation will change it. So , LET...IT...GO. Whenever you feel like you’re holding on to something, step away and remind yourself of your ultimate goal. This will help to put things back into perspective and direct your focus into becoming a conquerer instead of a complainer. Do the best you can with all things in your life and then after you’ve done your best…move on.
Be In the Moment- In life there will be stressful moments, this is something even the most unf*ckwithable person cannot avoid. But when you take time to be present, you give yourself permission to slow down, take a deep breath, and figure out how to move forward in order to conquer any challenges you face. Be conscious about not letting the stress of the day defeat you.
Becoming unf*ckwithable is not a process that happens over night. It’s a focus on making consistent and deliberate actions EVERY SINGLE DAY that move you away from self-doubt into self-confidence. When you know that you are enough, just as you...there is absolutely nothing that can stand in your way.
